We’re seeking investors, travellers and food lovers to be part of the Blanco Niño journey

Having established one of Europe’s first authentic Tortillerias, sold over 15 million corn tortillas across 13 European countries, Blanco Niño is now taking the next step and planning to manufacture and launch a range of premium corn tortilla chips into a supermarket near you.

What’s so special about these chips then?

Authentic tortillas should be made with corn (not wheat). Just like our tortillas, we use the ancient aztec of nixtamalisation. That’s why our tortillas chips taste exactly like the ones you’ll find all over Mexico.

We’ve partnered with sustainable Mexican farmers to bring the best quality ingredients to create three truly unique flavours that we hope to launch with this summer: lightly salted, chilli & lime and ancient grain.
