During August we’re celebrating everything alfresco. Alfresco AKA ‘outdoor dining’ is actually made up of two words borrowed from Spanish meaning “in the cool /fresh [air]”. While eating outside with friends and family may have been a necessity the last few months, thankfully now, more of us are choosing to dine outdoors in slightly warmer weather.
We love seeing how you use Blanco Niño corn tortilla chips in your recipes and where you enjoy them. Our chips have been tagged in some pretty awesome and unexpected places since launching last year, so this month we thought, let’s share some of that love back by launching a competition on Instagram. Throughout Alfresco August we’ll be sharing more delicious recipes from our in-house Culinary Manager, Carlos Macías. The response to his Salsa Tamulada video was incredible and we can’t wait to hear what you think of Carlos’s new creations.
Enter our Instagram competition
To enter our Alfresco August competition, all you need to do is capture what Alfresco August means to you as an Instagram Story or post (tagging our chips of course). Is it the sun, sea, sand, parks, picnics or barbecues? Or maybe it’s all about woodland walks, wild swimming and good times with the people you love?
We will select one winner per week over the month of August, and the lucky winners will be sent a beautiful, hand-prepared box full of goodies containing every flavour in our range; Lightly Salted, Chilli & Lime and Ancient Grain.
