The next step for Blanco Niño

It’s hard to believe that’s it’s been almost 7 years since these tortilla chips were originally conceptualised. It’s taken us a little longer to get here than we could ever have expected …who would have thought building an authentic Mexican Tortilleria in rural Ireland would be so tough…

How we got here

We now proudly call Clonmel in Tipperary home, and since launching in January 2016, we have built relationships with amazing chefs and restaurateurs across 16 European nations and counting through delivering them epic tortillas.

But as it takes a village to raise child, similarly with a business and brand. Blanco Niño certainty wouldn’t exist today if it wasn’t for an amazing team, the guidance and encouragement of investors, and support and backing of the Tipperary LEO, Enterprise Ireland, and Bord Bia. We are a very lucky bunch indeed to have such phenomenal people and institutions in our corner.

Where we are now

We’ve been grafting away behind the scenes to take the next step for us as a business – to create the most authentic tortilla chips possible. We’ve put our heart and soul into them and can’t wait for you to try them.
