Who’d have guess corn tortilla chips could taste like corn…well, they should. Crunchy, morish, and so deliciously addictive, these humble little tortilla chips will take your taste buds from the beaches of the Yucatan to the hills of Central Mexico.
Our dedication to making authentic tortillas is what makes us different. This process is called nixtamalisation, a traditional Mexican technique going back thousands of years.
We select the very best non-GMO corn which we cook and steep overnight in limewater.
We grind this into a dough called masa using our hand carved Mexican volcanic stone
We take this masa and shape it into circles before baking into beautiful tortillas.
We cut these into triangles, lightly fry and season to create authentic tortilla chips.
SALT FROM CELESTÚN
We are proud to work with small heritage producers in Mexican communities that support ancient and sustainable practices.
The beautiful Celestún, in the Yucatan, is home to ancient Mayan salt-flats, where we source salt for our tortilla chips. We’ve partnered with a social enterprise there whose purpose is to support local communities while promoting sustainable salt harvesting techniques.

We use only the very best ingredients. We make our tortilla chips with non-GMO corn. They’re also Gluten-Free, vegan friendly and have absolutely no artificial ingredients.
