WE MAKE AUTHENTIC TORTILLAS FOR RESTAURANTS ACROSS EUROPE.


We keep things simple and authentic. Our tortillas are naturally gluten free and have zero added preservatives or artificial enhancers.

We have a range of white and blue tortillas in both frying (for tostadas, burrito bowls) and soft (tacos, burritos and the like) from 4” to 12”. Plus we have ready-cut chips to make into unreal nachos

NIXTAMALISATION


Our process is what makes us different. This process is called nixtamalisation, a traditional Mexican technique going back thousands of years.

COOK

We select the very best non-GMO corn which we cook and steep overnight in limewater.

GRIND

We grind this into a dough called masa using our hand carved Mexican volcanic stones

BAKE

We take this masa and shape it into circles before baking into beautiful tortillas.
