• 5 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 scallions/spring onions
  • 25g coriander
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional, but highly recommended: White Mausu Peanut Rāyu
  • A bag or two of our Tortilla Chips
  • 1. Scoop out the avocado and toss in squeezed lime juice.
  • 2. Chop up your red onion, scallions and coriander.
  • 3. Mash all ingredients together, leaving some of the avocado chunky.
  • 4. Season to taste and top with the peanut rāyu.
