Guacamole and tortilla chips… arguably one of the best food combinations out there.
Our founder Phil has spent a lot of time over the years, going back and forth to Mexico, learning how to make our tortillas and tortilla chips just right. So it’s no surprise he’s tried a fair few guacamoles along the way.
We’re sharing his favourite recipe to try out at home. Let us know what you think!

ONE BOWL

INGREDIENTS
- 5 avocados
- 1 lime
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 scallions/spring onions
- 25g coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Optional, but highly recommended: White Mausu Peanut Rāyu
- A bag or two of our Tortilla Chips
METHOD
- 1. Scoop out the avocado and toss in squeezed lime juice.
- 2. Chop up your red onion, scallions and coriander.
- 3. Mash all ingredients together, leaving some of the avocado chunky.
- 4. Season to taste and top with the peanut rāyu.
